TRANSFER
KDC Transfer & Accommodation Summary
The KDC Organizing Committee offers packages for participants, spectators, and judges that include both transfer and accommodation. The participation fee for the event is not included in these packages.
Transfer Details
- Private buses will be provided from Athens and Athens Airport (El. Venizelos) to Kalamata, and for the return journey.
- Bus Schedule 1:
- Departure: Friday, November 14th at 16:30 from Athens Airport and 17:00 from Kifisias Avenue (Daxtylidi station- Paradisos Amarousiou) to Kalamata.
- Return: Sunday, November 16th, at the end of the competition for Athens Airport and Athens .
- Bus Schedule 2:
- Departure: Saturday, November 15th at 10:30 Athens Airport and 11:00 from from Kifisias Avenue (Daxtylidi station- Paradisos Amarousiou) to Kalamata.
- Return 1: Sunday, November 16th at 09:00 am for Athens Airport and Athens.
- Return 2: Monday, November 17th at 09:00 am for Athens Airport and Athens.
EXTRA BUSES of 20 persons:
1. Friday, November 14th at 10:00 from port of Rafina to Kalamata
2. Sunday, November 16th at 14:00 from Kalamata to the port of Rafina

- Foreign Participants: Leaders from foreign participating countries can arrange personalized bus itineraries by contacting the organizers early.
- Those traveling by plane, including adjudicators, should arrange flights to align with the provided bus schedules.
Conditions:
- Buses require full seating per route; otherwise, the organization may cancel or change itineraries.
- Transfers are available to all (athletes, attendants, spectators) on a "first come, first served" basis.
- Availability for individual transportation will be announced after package closures.

- Hotel selection is strictly managed by the organization based on priority and availability.

Transfer in the City
- Arrangements: Participants will be in contact with their bus driver. Teams can also make their own arrangements with their driver.
- Itineraries: 2-3 daily routes (Hotels - Venue - Hotels) will be announced one week before the competition on the website and Facebook.
- Taxi: For taxis in Kalamata, call 18300.
