Participants can include: Greek and foreign nationals, Members of academies, federations, organizations, dance schools, clubs, and public/private schools, Gym members, and Independent participants (not representing any organization)....

The selection lists a variety of dance disciplines that can be performed in solo, duo, or group formats.
- Ballet & Contemporary: Includes classical ballet and modern, contemporary dance.
- Breaking & Commercial: Covers Hip Hop, Break Dance, Reggaeton, K-Pop, and Commercial dance styles.
- Cultural & Theatrical: Features Oriental, Bollywood, and Showdance All Styles.
- Specialty & Fitness: Includes disciplines such as High Heels, Dance Hall, Acro Dance, Rhythmic Gymnastics, and Majorettes.
- Greek Dances: Includes Zembekiko, Hasapiko, and Hasaposerviko in Solo, duo, and group categories

- Solo & Group Specialties:
- Latin Fit Dance: Solo, duo, and group entries.
- All Ladies Latin: Group categories for all ages.
- Synchro Latin: Duo and group categories for all ages.
- Flamenco: Solo, duo, and group entries.
Disciplines: Partnered Dances
- Latin & Ballroom: This category includes both amateur and professional divisions,
- Specific subcategories: Pro-Am (Professional-Amateur) and Rising Stars.
- Theatrical: Musical theatre
- Specialty Partnered Dances:
- Argentine Tango: Couples and group categories.
- Salsa & Bachata: Couples and group categories.
- Wheelchair Dance/Para Dance: Specifically for couples and singles!
