The 8th KDC 2026 – Kalamata Dance Cup returns to Kalamata, Greece for an exciting three-day international dance celebration that brings together competition, education, performance, and artistic inspiration in one of Greece’s most vibrant dance destinations.

From Friday 13 November to Sunday 15 November 2026, dancers, teachers, schools, teams, and performers from Greece and abroad will gather in Kalamata for a dynamic weekend dedicated to DanceSport, contemporary movement, ballet, and urban dance culture.

Friday, 13 November 2026 – Workshops & Training Day

KDC 2026 opens with a full day of specialized workshops and educational seminars, designed to help dancers refine their technique, expand their artistry, and prepare for the competition weekend ahead. This opening day is dedicated to learning, inspiration, and professional development, offering valuable training opportunities for dancers, coaches, and teams of all levels.

Saturday, 14 November 2026 – Latin & Standard DanceSport Day

Saturday is devoted to the world of DanceSport, featuring Latin and Ballroom Standard competitions for solo dancers and teams. Athletes will take the floor to showcase technique, musicality, style, performance quality, and competitive spirit in an electrifying atmosphere that reflects the prestige and energy of the Kalamata Dance Cup.

Sunday, 15 November 2026 – Contemporary, Ballet & Street Dance Day

The festival concludes with a powerful celebration of movement and creativity through Contemporary, Ballet, and Street Dance categories. Sunday’s program highlights artistic expression, versatility, choreography, and performance across a wide range of styles, welcoming dancers from both the performing arts and urban dance scenes.
