Recognized coach and Master of Sports of Ukraine, in aesthetic gymnastics,
with over 15 years of experience in aerial arts. Participated in Ukrainian TV shows as a gymnast and appeared in the movie “Dumbo” by Tim Burton.
Champion of Ukraine in Aerial Hoop Duets (2016) Finalist of the European Pole Sport Championship
2nd place in Pole Exotic at Pole Evolution and Shabash
Students are champions of national and international competitions, as well as
Participants of the IPSF World Championship.
Workshops in Ukraine, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Doha, Dubai, Norway, and more.

In the first part of the seminar, emphasis will be placed on healthy shoulder function and movement, as well as injury prevention, through targeted strengthening and technique exercises in fundamental positions on both Silks and Straps, such as meathook, scorpion, back balance, and back flag.
In the second part, we will work on more dynamic transitions and techniques, such as swings, spins, and roll-ups, adapted to the level and needs of each participant.
The workshop is intended for aerial acrobatics practitioners with experience in Silks, while no previous experience in Straps is required.
